First picture is the completed structural walls of the stair tower to the third floor. Next will be roof and bricks to complete the walls of the tower.
Second picture is one of the 3 HVAC units that are completed on the 2nd floor. These units have been tested and work. Next week the 3rd floor HVAC units will be completed.

Week of October 12, 2015
The west end stair tower has been built from the foundation to second story. Once completed to the third floor, steel and concrete stairs will be installed. This will be the second point of egress to comply with fire and building code.

Progress continues on the stairwells. The stairs going from the first to second floor have been completed as seen in the picture below. The second floor to third floor stairs are in place and welded, more support beams need to be installed before concrete can be poured.

Week of September 28, 2015
All though it does not look like much it was a lot of work and coordination to get the first floor to second floors stairs started. Walls were moved floors and beams were cut and the base and rails are finally installed. This weekend final adjustments and welding will begin.

Week of September 21, 2015
Pictured here The Straight and Narrow(S&N) 50 bed Men's Halfway House (HWH) is half finished. Drywall will be going up over the next two weeks followed by the suspended ceilings, a new stair tower and stairs, priming and painting through the end of October. We will have a lot to be thankful for on Thanksgiving as in November the flooring will be installed, trim work and punch work done. We plan to open before Christmas.
