Men's Residential Treatment



Therapy groups are conducted daily
Residential Drug Treatment For Men
Providing rehabilitation to men with drug addiction and helping to rebuild their lives.

Short-term level 111.7 Medically Monitored High Intensity Inpatient- highly structured environment designed to address specific addiction and living skills problems for persons who are deemed amenable to intervention through short-term residential treatment.

Clinical Services provided:

Individual counseling, Group counseling, Psycho-educational Groups, Co-occurring services, Family education and therapy, Vocational training, Recovery Support services (i.e...AA, NA outside commitments) Spiritual services (weekly mass), Case management services (assist with referring to next level of care) and Recreation

Evidenced based curriculums on the following specialty groups:

Relapse, Anger, Self-esteem, Socialization, Stress, Coping loss, Men’s Issues, Re-integration, Art therapy, Living in Balance, PTSD/Trauma (Seeking Safety)

Long-term level 111.5 Clinically Managed High- intensity Residential Treatment- provides structured recovery environment designed to address addiction and living skills problems for persons with substance use diagnosis

Clinical Services provided:

Individual counseling, Group counseling, Psycho-educational Groups, Co-occurring services, Family education and therapy, Vocational training, Recovery Support services (i.e...AA, NA outside commitments) Spiritual services (weekly mass), Case management services (assist with referring to next level of care) and Recreation

Ruth Jean-Marie
Clinical Director of Straight & Narrow Men's Residential Treatment Program


My name is Ruth Jean-Marie, Clinical Director of Men’s Treatment services. I am a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as Certified Clinical Supervisor. I earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Community Health from William Paterson University and obtained my MBA in Public Administration from University of Phoenix. I’ve had the opportunity throughout my years serving in the Human service field to have worked in different treatment modalities such as, inpatient and outpatient settings and the penal system. Within the different settings and modalities, I was afforded the opportunity to work with the different types of clientele, different levels of motivation but most importantly the opportunity to serve. I have garnered extensive experience working in the Human Services field. I have acquired knowledge and expertise in effective leadership, counseling with the mentally ill and the incarcerated population which are all skills that are essential in the human services industry.
