Medically Monitored Inpatient Withdrawal Management Level 3.7WM (Detox)- organized service delivered by medical and nursing professionals, which provides 24-hr medically supervised evaluation to consumers whose withdrawal signs and symptoms are sufficient severe to require 24-hour medical monitoring.

Clinical Services provided:

Individual counseling, Group counseling, Psycho-educational Groups, Support groups: weekly spiritual groups, NA, AA outside commitments Case management with transitioning to recommended level of care treatment services (i.e.. short-term residential, long term residential, IOP or OP).

Evidenced based curriculums on the following specialty groups:

Relapse, PTSD/Trauma (Seeking Safety), Early Recovery, Socialization

Clinical Director of Straight & Narrow Detox


Ruth Jean-Marie is the Clinical Director of Men’s and Detox Treatment services. She is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as a Certified Clinical Supervisor. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Community Health from William Paterson University and obtained her MBA in Public Administration from University of Phoenix. Ruth has had the opportunity throughout her years serving in the Human service field to have worked in different treatment modalities such as, residential treatment, inpatient and outpatient treatment and correctional setting. Within the different settings and modalities, she has been afforded the opportunity to work with different types of clientele, different levels of motivation but most importantly the opportunity to serve. She has garnered extensive experience working in the Human Services field and has acquired knowledge and expertise in effective leadership, counseling with the mentally ill and the incarcerated population which are all skills that are essential in the human services industry.
